Fees and contracts
You choose the contract type when you apply. All the numbers are below, with no hidden costs.

What comes off, by contract type
- Association: the fleet commission (10%, on every platform), then the weekly fee from the table. What is left is yours.
- On every contract type, the commission and the fee are worked out on orders only. Tips are commission-free: you keep all of it.
- Freelancer (PFA / SRL): only the tiered commission (10% → 7%, based on what you earn), no fleet commission.
- Employment: the fleet commission (10%), then the weekly fee for your hours (it covers contributions).
Contract types
No company needed — the simplest option. 10% fleet commission, then a weekly fee of 80–120 lei (based on what you earn). 24 months, no exclusivity, 15 days' notice.
No fleet commission: just a commission from 10%, dropping to 7% as you earn more. A colleague calls you to finalise.
10% fleet commission, then a fee of 420 lei/week (8 hours a day) or 220 lei/week (4 hours a day); the fee covers contributions. A colleague calls you to finalise.
