How it works

The steps

1. Fill in the online form: city, platforms, vehicle, contract type and your documents.
2. We call you to confirm your details and agree when you come to our office.
3. Come to our office with your ID. You sign the contract and, if you need one, pick up a vehicle.
4. We activate your platform account — usually the same day — and you start delivering.

How and when you get paid

• Glovo: the work week runs Monday to Sunday; the report arrives on Wednesday and you get paid the same day.
• Bolt Food: the work week runs Monday to Sunday, and you get paid the following Monday.
• Wolt: 4 times a month — on the 1st, 8th, 16th and 23rd, when the earnings reports for the previous period arrive.
• In Bucharest: cash at our office (Calea Vitan 152, Sector 3) or via Aircash.
• Elsewhere in Romania: via Aircash — the money lands instantly in your Aircash account.
• If payday falls on a public holiday or the platform's report is late, the payment may be delayed.

How you get paid via Aircash

1. Install the Aircash app and create an account (link below).
2. On payday, go to “Deposit” → “Cash” and enter the amount we send you by message.
3. Tap “Generate code” and send us a screenshot of the barcode.
4. Once we pay, the money lands instantly in your Aircash account. From there you can send it to your bank account or another account.
5. Optional: the Aircash card costs 25 lei, and the amount is credited back to your Aircash account under the current promotion. You can buy it at Profi, Inmedio, PayPoint, Mega Image, Kaufland, Lukoil and other partner shops.

Settling your balance (cash orders)

• When a customer pays in cash, that money belongs to the platform. Once you have collected roughly 300–350 lei, you pay it back to the platform. It is not a fleet commission or a fee.
• Bolt Food: in the Bolt Courier app, under Earnings, tap “Pay debt” and pay by card. To pay by bank transfer instead: copy the code from the “Payment reference” field (“Pay debt” → “Bank transfer”) and always include it in the payment details — without it, the payment may never be matched.
• Glovo: in cash, at a SelfPay machine → “Other services” → Glovo; scan your courier barcode or enter your courier ID and phone number, insert the cash and keep the receipt. Your balance updates within minutes.
• Wolt: via Aircash, using the Wolt payment option — your Aircash account must use the same phone number and email as Wolt. If Wolt doesn't show up in the app, ask Aircash support to enable it.
• On Bolt Food and Wolt, cash orders are usually enabled after 1–2 weeks of activity.

What you need

• ID card — photo of front and back.
• Non-EU citizens: passport and residence permit.
• Driving licence, if you deliver by scooter or car.
• Freelancers (PFA/SRL): company registration certificate and a company bank statement.

Bonuses

• Welcome bonus: 50 lei after your first 50 orders.
• Referral: 100 lei for every friend you bring, after their first active week.
